Alta Bavaria

In their publicity the developers have given Alta Bavaria a sub-title "the jewel of the principality", likening the area to Europe's Southern Alps, a claim borne out by names of nearby communities which include El Tirol (The Tyrrol) and Soralpina, (Los Alpes del Sur or Southern Alps), and calling attention to the climate, refreshingly cooler than the coastal plains.

It is just a short drive down to the coast with a number of beaches to choose from as well as golf courses restaurants and many other resort facilities. And if you are headed to Panama City you'll be there in something over an hour. The development at Alta Bavaria is well planned, with underground power lines, ornamental street lights, black- top roads, a mineral water supply and telephone and high speed internet.
