In an environmentally-sensitive area, Sunset Point has not only satisfied all government ecological requirements, but earned praise for the extra work its promoters have done in conjunction with ANAM, Panama´s environmental regulator and the Smithsonian Institute, even to planting mangroves along the canals to make them more fish-friendly. The project will include several upscale amenities such as a boutique hotel, gourmet restaurants, infinity pool, spa and fitness center and a helipad.

Lot prices at Sunset Point start at $125,000 for a lot with no waterfront but marina access. Lots with private mooring bays start at $200,000.
