Río Mar

The project is a compact development of spacious residences with high ceilings and fine finishings on a 2.5 hectare (6.2 acres) bluff fronting the ocean. The plans show three towers with 126 units and a choice of various condos and penthouses from 160.6 to 336 m2 (1,729 to 3617 sq. feet)

In a separate section of the project, the Beach Flats with their own social area and pool will offer 16 large (203-412 m2, 2185-4435 sq. feet) units close to the ocean.

Top of the line at Rio Mar will be The Residences which consist of seven 3-bedroom villas with studio, den and private pool. They have an area of 431 m2 (4639 sq. feet)

A clubhouse for use of all the residents is planned, including a mini supermarket, spa, exercise center and concierge service. Rio Mar is within 15 minutes of two professional golf courses. Surfing is popular along the coast and the mountain region of El Valle de Anton is a 30 minute drive away.
